By proceeding, I acknowledge that any unpublished music, lyrics, and project ideas shared with me by DabriaLive Productions or its members are confidential and constitute proprietary information.

I agree not to share, distribute, or disclose these materials to any third party until they have been officially distributed to digital music stores.

I understand that a breach of this agreement will result in the immediate forfeiture of any and all rights to future royalties or compensation from the specific project. I also acknowledge that a separate, comprehensive Production NDA will be required and signed before any official production begins.
